Graded EX+ 5.5 by SGC. Attractive mid-grade rookie card of Hall of Famer Bobby Orr from the classic 1966-1967 Topps Hockey set. From the first time that Bobby Orr played professional hockey it was quite obvious that his influence would change the game forever. One of the all-time great defensemen, Orr showed that players at his position could become an offensive force as well. He played just nine full seasons but his legend was so great that he was elected into Hockey's Hall of Fame in the same year he retired, 1979. This card is especially difficult to find in high grade because of the brown flush-to-the-border design of the 1966-1967 Topps Hockey set. The offered example displays outstanding image clarity, vibrant colors, light corner wear, and centering slightly toward the top. Boldly printed reverse.
