One-sheet theatrical poster issued for the 1964 heavyweight boxing championship fight between champion Sonny Liston and challenger Cassius Clay. During that era of limited closed-circuit television broadcasts, the only way that most fight fans could witness title bouts was in the theater, where highlights reels were shown on the big screen. The poster, which features full-length images of both fighters, promises that viewers will "See The Big Punches In Slow Motion!" and "See What Even The Ringsiders Missed!" Distributed by 20th Century Fox. This was the fight in which Clay "shocked the world" with his TKO of heavily favored champion Sonny Liston in seven rounds. The poster (26 x 40.75 inches, visible dimensions) has multiple fold lines, modest wear, and a spot of paper loss under Robinson's forearm. In Very Good condition overall.
