Ticket stub (4.5 x 2 inches) issued for Game 1 of the 1942 World Series between the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Yankees, held at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis on September 30th. Graded PR-FR 1 by PSA. The 1942 World Series marked the sixth Fall Classic in seven years for DiMaggio. It also marked the only World Series that DiMaggio played in and lost (he played in ten World Series during his thirteen-year career). The ticket stub has heavy creasing and a small spot of paper loss on the reverse. Reserve $200.
