Presented is a complete set of T80 "Military Series" composed of fifty cards. Issued with five different tobacco brands between 1910 and 1911, each card features a beautifully rendered multicolor illustration of military men from around the world. This is a very attractive set, presenting with bright colors and crisp images throughout. The condition of the complete set is 10% Vg-Ex (including one Ex), 44% Vg, 16% Gd, and 30% lesser (including one trimmed and a couple that measure small). All fifty cards in the set have a Tolstoi advertising reverse. Also included are three duplicates with very rare advertising variations: Adjutant General U.S. (pencil on reverse, otherwise Gd, Uzit reverse), Lieutenant General U.S. (Gd, Lenox reverse), and Scotch Highlander England (Fr, Uzit reverse).
