Graded EX 5 by GAI. Mid-grade example of Roberto Clemente's rookie card. One of card collecting's greatest classics, Clemente's rookie card is the key to the 1955 Topps set, and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. This card displays a crisp image and centering slightly toward the top left. We grade this card more conservatively than GAI on account of corner wear and some spots of discoloration on the reverse. This is a presentable example of Roberto Clemente’s rookie card, one of the most important of all classic 1950s cards. Reserve $300.
