Graded VG 3 (MC) by PSA. Extremely desirable rookie card of Hall of Famer Wilt Chamberlain from the classic 1961-1962 Fleer basketball set. Chamberlain's rookie card is universally recognized as one of the great classics of all basketball cards. Besides being Chamberlain's most popular card, it is also the key to the set. The offered example presents extremely well despite its modest assigned grade, with a crisp image, even wear to the corners, and centered toward the extreme right (just a sliver of the right border is visible). A crease is present on the lower left (more visible from the back). The values of key rookie cards such as this have increased in all grades in recent years as collectors at all levels attempt to acquire some of the hobby's most significant cards.
