Desirable movie poster insert for the 1962 Columbia Pictures release Safe at Home, starring Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris. Although the film will never be found on any critic's list of top 100 sports movies, the studio's advertising department certainly hit a home run, as the colorful movie posters advertising the film have long been classics among collectors. The insert features the "M&M Boys" posing together with child-star Bryan Russell, "The Luckiest Kid in the World," sitting on their shoulders. The insert (14 x 36 inches) displays a few minor creases throughout, but it has been framed to create an impressive display, which minimizes the overall minor imperfections. Mantle has signed his name in blue Sharpie (grading "10") above his image. This a superbly attractive advertising piece, made even more significant by the addition of Mantle's signature.
