Presented is a trio of original 1971 Topps "Super" Baseball blank back uncut proof sheets representing a near-complete set of fifty-eight different cards (out of sixty-three in a set), plus twelve duplicates. Missing only Johnny Bench and four commons. The proof sheets are highlighted by many Hall of Famers and stars including Willie Mays, Pete Rose, Hank Aaron, and Roberto Clemente. Bright and clean, both front and back, with light wear on the surfaces, corners and edges, and a few light creases (including on the Hank Aaron card). A small scrape on the Claude Osteen card and a bit of paper loss behind the Reggie Smith card are mentioned strictly for the sake of accuracy and have little or no impact on the sheets' impressive display value. These sheets would make an outstanding companion piece to any 1971 Topps "Super" baseball set or serve as an extraordinary addition to any high-quality baseball or uncut-sheet collection.
