Graded EX-MT+ 6.5 by PSA (submitted by REA). Extremely strong mid-grade example of Roberto Clemente's rookie card. One of card collecting's greatest classics, Clemente's rookie card is the key to the 1955 Topps set, and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. This card is bright and clean, both front and back, with light wear at the corners (a tiny bend on the lower left), and strong colors and gloss. The card exhibits centering toward the left. The reverse is clean with boldly printed text. This is a very attractive example of one of collecting's most famous cards and would be a worthy cornerstone to either a high-grade 1950s Clemente card collection or any world-class collection of classic baseball cards.
