Very presentable example of this classic tobacco card of Hall of Famer Ty Cobb from the legendary T206 White Border set. The green background portrait pose has long been considered the rarest of the four poses of Cobb in the T206 set. Cobb's portrait contrasts sharply against the green background. The registration is flawless, with outstanding centering, and light wear at the corners. Encapsulated as Authentic by PSA due to being timmed on all four sides. Boldly printed Piedmont 150 reverse. This is a very attractive example of one of the key cards from the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era. Reserve $10.
