Four-page lease agreement, dated November 15, 1920, between the Buffalo International Baseball Club and the Buffalo Football Club allowing the latter to utilize Buffalo Baseball Park, home of the Bisons, for football games during the 1920 season. The agreement allows the football group to lease the baseball field for three football games, including one most notable contest against Jim Thorpe's Canton Bulldogs club. The document reads in part: The second party agrees to stage a football game on said premises on said November 21st, between its team and Thorpe's Canton Bull Dogs (sic) Football Team; on November 28th, with the Cleveland Tigers Football Team, and on December 5th, with the Akron Indians Football Team. The contract, which is a file-copy, is unexecuted (not signed). The document, printed on onionskin, displays handwritten notations on one page and three horizontal folds. In Very Good to Excellent condition overall. Reserve $200.
