Rare full ticket issued for Game 7 of the 1925 World Series between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Senators held at Forbes Field on October 15. Encapsulated and certified as “Authentic” by PSA. This is one of only six full examples evaluated by PSA. This is also the first example we have handled and one of only a handful we have seen at auction. Pittsburgh defeated Washington 9-7 in Game 7, with Hall of Famer Kiki Cuyler knocking in the go-ahead runs in the eighth inning against fellow Hall of Famer Walter Johnson. With this victory, the Pirates became the first team to rally from a 3-1 deficit in a seven-game series. The victory also marked the Pirates' second World Series title. The ticket (6 3/16 x 1 3/8 inches), for a seat in the left stands, is boldly printed and displays in Excellent condition overall. This is an outstanding example of this rare and historically significant full World Series ticket.  Reserve $200.
