It has been brought to our attention that what we originally thought to be a perforated line is actually a vertical fold-line. The fold-line has the appearance of a perforation from the front of the ticket (when held horizontally).

Rare ticket stub issued for Game 7 of the 1920 World Series between the Brooklyn Robins and Cleveland Indians, held at League Park in Cleveland on October 12th. Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA (submitted by REA). This is the ONLY example graded at this level with none higher (out of nine examples certified by PSA). This is also the first example we have handled and one of only a handful we have seen at auction in the past eighteen years. The Indians defeated the Robins 3-0 in front of 27,525 fans in Game 7 to give the Cleveland franchise its first World Championship. The ticket (4-1/4 x 2-1/8 inches) displays a vertical fold on the left portion (when held horizontally) and tiny spot of paper loss on the reverse (mentioned for accuracy). This is an outstanding example of this rare and historically significant World Series ticket. Reserve $500.
