Original 1956 Topps "U.S. Presidents" card artwork used to produce card #2 Declaration of Independence from this extremely popular set which features full-color images of all the U.S. Presidents to that point. This particular artwork features a very detailed image of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This is one of the most important and striking cards from this classic nonsport set. Measuring approximately 4 by 6 inches, the artwork is in Excellent condition with light glue residue present on the reverse. The artwork includes additional image area that was cropped out by Topps on the issued card. This is an exceptional original artwork from one of the 1950s most popular nonsport sets.
