Offered is a complete set of forty-eight cards from the 1948 Bowman series, the first baseball-card set issued by Bowman Gum, highlighted by key rookie cards of many stars and Hall of Famers. Condition is 17% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt, 17% Ex, 29% Vg-Ex (including four lesser), and the remaining 37% present as Ex overall but are slightly trimmed (all sheet-cut). We have selected four cards for grading and encapsulation by PSA.
