Complete original unopened wax box of 1979 Topps football. The box houses thirty-six packs with each pack containing ten cards, for a total of 360 cards. The 1979 Topps set features rookie cards of Hall of Famers Earl Campbell, James Lofton, and Ozzie Newsome, as well as numerous other stars and Hall of Famers, including Terry Bradshaw, Walter Payton, and Roger Staubach. This box comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material). While it is impossible to provide guarantees with reference to grading of unopened material, there is, of course, the very real possibility that within this box are Mint or Gem Mint cards of these stars, as well as many other top players of the day. The store display box features bright colors and excessive shelf wear, including a bit of creasing and a tear on the back panel. A desirable unopened wax box from this popular 1970s football issue.
