40% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt, 52% Ex to Ex-Mt, 8% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a few miscut and a couple with a possible slight trim). Crisp, clean, and very high-grade complete 1970 Topps set. At 720 cards, the 1970 Topps set was the largest set of Topps cards issued to date. Nineteen cards have been professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA. Keys: #1 Mets Team (25/75 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt), 10 Yastrzemski (Ex-Mt), 140 Jackson (Nr/Mt), 150 Killebrew (NM-MT 8), 189 Munson RC (EX-MT 6), 220 Carlton (NM 7), 290 Carew (NM 7), 300 Seaver (NM 7), 330 Brock (NM 7), 350 Clemente (EX-MT 6), 449 Palmer (NM-MT 8), 459 Jackson AS (NM 7), 462 Aaron AS (slightly miscut right edge, otherwise Nr/Mt), 470 Stargell (NM-MT 8), 500 Aaron (NM 7), 530 Gibson (NM-MT 8), 580 Rose (NM+ 7.5), 600 Mays (NM 7), 630 Banks (NM+ 7.5), 640 Kaline (NM 7), 660 Bench (EX 5), 700 F. Robinson (NM 7), and 712 Ryan (NM 7). Dating from when sets could not be purchased all at once, and had to be assembled by series as they were released throughout the season, this 1970 Topps set is starting to have some real age to it (50 years and counting!) and includes a plethora of stars and Hall of Famers. This is a very attractive high-grade complete set of this classic 1970's Topps series. The SMR value for just eighteen of the PSA-graded cards (not including the card graded EX) is $776. Total: 720 cards. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000+.
