The set features champions and stars of the day from a wide variety of sports. Buffalo Bill is the key non-baseball card from this very popular fifty-card set issued by Allen & Ginter's Cigarettes. It is also one of the most striking cards in the set. Buffalo Bill is beautifully designed in the N28 set, with his name "Hon. W. F. Cody (Buffalo Bill)" and an image of a rifle below his portrait image. Crisp and bright, with four sharp corners and perfect registry. Perfectly clean, both front and back. It is rare to find any nineteenth-century card in such high grade.
