Graded GEM MINT 10 by PSA. Offered is a highly desirable insert card of NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal from the classic 1993-1994 Topps Finest basketball set. After experiencing success with Finest baseball, Topps decided to bring the set to the court for a basketball series. The cards are renowned for their unique and colorful designs. Shaq is one of the keys to the set, along with Michael Jordan, and rookie cards of Vin Baker, Sam Cassell, Anfernee Hardaway, Jamal Mashburn and Chris Webber. The presented example is card #3 (Shaq is also featured on card #99) and is a Refractor, making it significantly rarer and difficult to attain in such high grade. To date, PSA has graded only 127 Refractors of this particular card, compared to 288 base copies. Only six examples of this card have achieved PSA 10 status. The card is centered slightly to the right (within PSA's tolerance for the grade), has razor-sharp corners, a clean surface and reverse, and brilliant colors. This card would make a worthy addition to any Shaquille O'Neal or modern basketball-card collection. Reserve $300. Estimate (open).
