Kyle Schwarber 2016 Chicago Cubs home "throwback" jersey, which is designed in the style of the club's 1916 jersey. The jersey is accompanied by an affixed Major League Baseball Authentication hologram label that certifies its game use. According to the MLB database, this jersey was worn by Schwarber on July 6, 2016, in a game against the Cincinnati Reds. The white polyester jersey features a Cubs team logo on the left breast and the number "12" on the reverse in black tackle twill. A "Majestic" label and a "50" size tag appear on the left front tail. Directly below is a second "Majestic" label bearing the printed notations "#12 2016 50." The jersey is original as issued, with no alterations, and displays light wear typical of a limited-used garment. (Despite the "game-used' designation by MLB, Schwarber did not appear in the game against the Reds on July 6th. Schwarber, was on the disabled list for nearly the entire 2016 regular season after he tore both his ACL and LCL ligaments in his left knee during a collision with Dexter Fowler on April 7th of that year. He finally returned to the Cubs' lineup in the 2016 World Series.) Schwarber was one of the hitting stars of the 2016 World Series for the Cubs, batting .412 in the team's historic seven-game victory over the Cleveland Indians. Reserve $300. Estimate (open).
