Outstanding collection of eleven nineteenth-century cigarette packages plus four coupons. Most of these unlikely survivors once housed a nonsports trading card along with a small group of cigarettes. Now empty, except for loose tobacco in one package, these packages are very attractive with stylish designs. This collection consists of the following:

1) Duke's Cameo Cigarettes (pencil mark on tray, otherwise Vg-Ex).
2) Duke's Mixture tobacco pouch (includes tobacco and all paper packaging, Vg).
3) S.F. Hess Creole Cigarettes (Fr due to two small missing pieces).
4) Kimball's High Grade (2 boxes): one missing sliding tray, one Vg.
5) Kimball's Japanese Cigarettes (pencil mark on tray, otherwise Gd).
6) Richmond Club Cigarettes (slide does not match box, slide is from Kinney Brothers Sweet Caporal cigarette pack; damage to tray and pencil mark on box, otherwise Vg).
7) Richmond Straight Cut Cigarettes (ink writing on front and missing top flap, otherwise Gd).
8) Sub Rosa Cigarros (Fr-Gd).
9) Virginia Brights (2 boxes): "Crop of 1886" shows writing on front, otherwise Vg. "Crop of "1892" shows writing on tray, otherwise Fr-Gd.
10) Duke's (3 coupons): Coupons are for Mogul Egyptian Cigarettes (Pr-Fr), postage stamp album (Gd), and "The Terrors of America" album (miscut, otherwise Vg-Ex).
11) Old Virginia Cheroots "Quarter Coupon" (Fr due to stain).

An attractive grouping of vintage cigarette boxes and coupons that would be perfect for display with the corresponding nineteenth-century nonsports cards. Total: 11 boxes and 4 coupons.
