Collection of 99 regular-season Major League baseball ticket stubs, each issued for a game in which Reggie Jackson hit one or more of his 563 home runs. Also included with the collection, and one of the highlights, is a 1971 All-Star Game ticket stub. It was at the 1971 All-Star Game in Detroit that Jackson's third-inning home run hit the base of the light tower located on the right field roof of Tiger Stadium. Had it not hit light tower, many estimate that the ball would have traveled over 600 feet, making it possibly the longest home run ever hit. What makes the offered 1971 All-Star Game ticket special is that the stub features an illustration of Tiger Stadium. Jackson has signed the ticket in black Sharpie on the front (grading "10") and also circled the light tower, adding "I Hit It Here" in print above the tower. The stub (4.5 x 2.5 inches) is in Good condition overall, with creasing and a few tiny areas of light discoloration.
