Boston Red Sox team-signed ball dating from the 1940s. The Official American League (Harridge) ball has been signed in black fountain pen by nine players, including Jimmie Foxx (sweet spot), Lefty Grove, Ted Williams, Joe Cronin (player/manager), Tom Yawkey (team owner), Mickey Harris, and Jack Wilson (the other two signatures are badly faded). The Foxx signature is the strongest of the group, grading "5/6." The remaining signatures range from "1" to "4," averaging "2/3." The ball is moderately soiled and displays a number of abrasions throughout. In Fair to Good condition overall. Full LOA from Steve Grad and Brian Sobrero/Beckett Authentication Services.
