Complete original unopened wax box of 1980 Topps baseball. The box houses thirty-six wax packs, with each pack containing fifteen cards, for a total of 540 cards. The 1980 Topps set includes the rookie card of Rickey Henderson, and many other Hall of Famers including Nolan Ryan, George Brett, and Ozzie Smith. All the other stars of the day are also included. While it is impossible to provide guarantees with reference to grading of unopened material, there is, of course, the very real possibility that within this box are Gem Mint cards. The display box comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material). Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000+.
