This 1977 Topps test set features identical designs to cards found in the regular 1977 Topps series, printed on a silky cloth. Offered is an uncut sheet (28-1/4 x 42-3/4 inches) of 132 cloth stickers, representing two 55-card sets (plus 22 double-prints). The 1977 Topps Cloth Sticker set has only fifty-five cloth sticker cards, almost all stars, plus eighteen puzzle cards. With so few cards, it is not surprising that the set includes so many major stars and Hall of Famers such as cards of Brett, Jackson, Rose, Ryan, Bench, Brock, Carew, Carlton, Yastrzemski, Eckersley, McCovey, Palmer, and Fisk. Some minor fraying along the edges and the top layer has separated from the backing entirely, otherwise Ex-Mt. A fascinating and unusual item that would be a superb addition to any Topps or uncut sheet collection.
