Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Ultra high-grade example of Hall of Famer and 3,000 Hit Club member George Brett. The 1975 Topps set is prone to many different problems, including centering issues, print quality, and corner and edge chipping. This card is outstanding in all respects and originates from a wax box recently opened by our consignor (several other high-grade key cards appear in this auction from the same box). Bright and crisp, with four sharp corners, perfect gloss, and outstanding centering. This is a spectacular rookie card example of one of the greatest hitters of his era. Reserve $500.
