Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. Presented is a 1959 Yoo-Hoo Yogi Berra complete with original tab, the only one graded at this level, with just three graded higher. In 1959 Yoo-Hoo, "The Drink of Champions!," capitalized on the strength of the New York Yankees franchise and issued a small black & white five-card set of popular Yankees' players. The set was a regional issue and available only in the New York area. Each card had a tab at the bottom that could be neatly cut off and saved to redeem prizes from the company. As a result, cards complete with the original tab are scarce. It should be noted that Berra is the most elusive card in the set. This is an outstanding high-grade example from this scarce, and very unusual regional issue. Reserve $300. Estimate (open).
