Graded NM 7 by PSA. Offered is an extremely attractive high-grade Ted Williams card from the 1948-1949 Leaf set. Aside from being one of Williams’ most popular cards, the 1948-1949 Leaf card is also one of Williams’ most striking cards. The offered example is crisp and clean, with flawless registration, hints of wear on the tips of the corners, and bold colors. Centered to the bottom left. Of special note this example displays a pink background, as opposed to the more commonly seen orange background. The colors on 1948-1949 Leafs often vary from card to card, in some cases dramatically, due to normal production variances; this is part of the charm of the set.
