Offered is an unusual blank-backed example of Orval Overall (hand face level pose) of the Chicago Cubs from the legendary T206 series. Blank backs are very scarce and according to T206Resource.com, currently rank as the tenth most difficult back variety (out of thirty-nine). This is a very presentable example with bold colors, flawless registration, and slightly rounded corners. Centered slightly to the left with a few creases and stains on the reverse. Encapsulated as "Authentic" by SGC because all blank backs are hand-cut. This is an unusual (and in our experience extremely scarce) printing anomaly that is likely to be of great interest to collectors of all the various nuances of the legendary T206 set. Reserve $300.
