Partial set of 136 different 1933 R319 Goudey cards, including thirty-five Hall of Famers, highlighted by three examples of Babe Ruth (of the four in the series) and both Lou Gehrig cards (#92 and 160). The entire 136-card partial set offered here has been taped into an album (and in a few instances glued). These cards have been in this album since they were taped in with great care, very likely in the year of issue! Most of the tape has loosened from the album pages, but the cards remain taped together. All the Goudey cards have the bottom of the card with "Big League Chewing Gum" cut off and tape on multiple edges. On some cards, the tape has come off (or someone tried to remove the tape), and it has left paper loss on those edges. Nine cards have had the tape removed completely (#1-8 and 119). Without respect to the trimming on each card and the fact that they were taped in an album, 62% present as Vg-Ex and 38% present as lesser condition (due to creasing, paper loss on front and/or back, some with glue residue, and one with writing on the back). Also included in the scrapbook are seventeen 1929 R316 Kashin Publications cards: Berg, Blue, Carroll, Foxx (HOF), Goslin (HOF), Hodapp, Hudlin, Judge, Kress, Miller, Pennock (HOF), Regan, Ruffing (HOF), Ruel, Russell, Shires, and Whitehall.
