Large color photograph of Queen band members Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon, signed by each in blue ink (grading "8" on average) atop his respective image. The autograph of Freddie Mercury, the band's lead vocalist, is exceedingly rare, because he died in 1991 at the age of 45. This is the first Freddie Mercury signed item we have handled and we have seen few other authentic examples of his signature. The photo (18 x 9 inches; visible dimensions), which displays a vertical fold and two sets of staple holes, is most likely an insert from Queen's 1980 album, The Game, as it features the same exact image used on the album cover. A few small creases are evident throughout, as is a small abrasion in the upper-left corner. In Excellent condition overall. Matted and framed to total dimensions of 23.5 x 14.5 inches.
