Government appointment, dated April 3, 1923, signed by Warren G. Harding (1865-1923), 29th President of the United States. The document appoints Albert W. Sioussa to be "Notary Public of the District of Columbia." Signed by "Warren G. Harding" as President of the United States and "H. M. Daugherty" as Attorney General. Harding's signature has been scripted in black ink, grading "7" (minor brushing). The red Department of Justice seal remains firmly affixed in the lower left corner. The document (20.5 x 15.5 inches; visible dimensions) is lightly toned displays moderate foxing, light rippling,and a few small creases. In Very Good condition overall.
