Collection of six vintage boxing tickets, all for heavyweight fights, including several for title bouts, spanning the years 1930 to 1980. Each ticket has been encapsulated by PSA. 1) 1930 Primo Carnera vs George Godfrey. Ticket stub for a fight held at Shibe Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on June 23, 1930. Carnera won by disqualification. 5.75 x 2.75 inches. PSA GOOD 2, presents as Vg-Ex to Ex, downgraded due to pencil on the reverse. 2) 1953 Rocky Marciano vs Jersey Joe Walcott. Full ticket for heavyweight championship held at Chicago Stadium on May 15, 1953. Marciano won by first round knockout. 2-3/16 x 6 inches. PSA EX 5 (MK). 3) 1967 James Ellis vs Oscar Bonavera. Full ticket for heavyweight championship held at Freedom Hall in Louisville, KY on December 2, 1967. Ellis won in twelve rounds. 2 x 5 inches. PSA Authentic, presents as Ex. 4) 1969 Joe Frazier vs Jerry Quarry. Full ticket for heavyweight championship held at Madison Square Garden on June 23, 1969. Frazier won by seventh round technical knockout. 1.75 x 6 inches. PSA VG-EX 4. 5) 1977 George Foreman vs Jimmy Young. Full ticket for a heavyweight fight held at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 17, 1977. Young won in a full fight of twelve rounds. 1-5/8 x 4-1/4 inches. PSA Authentic, presents as Ex. 6) 1980 Sugar Ray Leonard vs Roberto Duran. Full ticket for a welterweight championship held at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal. Duran won in 15 rounds. 3 x 6.5 inches.
