Baseball bagatelle game, titled The Pitcher's Battle, endorsed by Tigers star pitcher Tommy Bridges. The colorful game board features a large photo of Bridges in the center, above which is the printed patent information: "Patented July 30, 1935 by R. G. Kollmorgen." The game is played by launching a ball with the shooter on the right. A series of chutes determines where the ball will land, which in turn dictates the "game action." A spinner along the base notes the position of the runners. The game (13.75 x 24 x 1 inches), constructed of wood and metal, displays wear commensurate with its age and former use, including a number of minor surface scratches and abrasions. The ball is not included. In Excellent condition overall. Reserve $200. Estimate (open).
