Pair of items signed by Hall of Fame outfielder Ty Cobb. 1) Vintage black-and-white photo of Cobb in street clothes. Inscribed by Cobb in his customary green ink, "To my friends/Mary & Charlie/Ty." There is some very minor bleeding to the ink, otherwise both the inscription and signature grade "9." The photo (8 x 10) displays a few minor corner creases, as well as 6 thin strips of clear tape affixed to the edges of the white border. An ink inscription from a former owner appears on the reverse. In Excellent condition overall. Accompanied by full LOAs from PSA/DNA and Steve Grad and Brian Sobrero/Beckett Authentication. 2) Cut signature (2.5 x 1.25 inches) mattted together with photo (7.25 x 9.25 inches) of Cobb striking a batting pose. Cobb's green-ink signature is boldly scripted and grades "9." Total dimensions: 11 x 14 inches.
