Graded VG+ 45 by SGC (submitted by REA). This is the ONLY example graded at this level with just one higher! Outstanding PC760 Rose Postcard example of George McQuillen of the Philadelphia Phillies. Among advanced collectors, Rose Postcards are regarded as one of the most striking and magnificently designed baseball-card sets ever produced. They are also extremely rare. Crisp image and bold colors, four strong corners showing light touches of wear, and an entirely clean, postally-unused reverse. Downgraded from Excellent due to a faint crease visible only on the reverse. This is an extremely attractive example from one of the era's most classic sets. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+.
