Official National League (Giles) ball signed in blue ink by twenty-two members of the 1955 World Champion Brooklyn Dodgers. Graded EX 5 by PSA/DNA (the autographs grade 7 and the ball grades 3, resulting in a final overall grade of 5). The twenty-two signatures on this ball are those of Robinson, Campanella, Koufax, Lasorda, Alston (Mgr., sweet spot), Hodges, Erskine, Furillo, Shuba, Hocks, Spooner, Kellert, Newcombe, Amoros, Labine, Roebuck, Walker, Howell, Black, and Gilliam. (The signatures of Duke Snider and Pee Wee Reese on this ball have been deemed "clubhouse" versions by PSA/DNA.) The ball has been coated with a light layer of protective shellac, but all of the manufacturer's stampings remain bold and legible. This is an outstanding mid-grade example of the most desirable Brooklyn Dodgers team-signed ball in the hobby and the ultimate souvenir from the club's only World Championship while in Brooklyn.
