Outstanding and very rare 8-card uncut panel from the 1950 Bowman football series, featuring Hall of Famer Lou Groza and Heisman Trophy winner Glenn Davis. The panel also includes Alex Agase, Gail Bruce, Cliff Patton, Bosh Pritchard, Travis Tidwell, and Paul “Tank” Younger. This example boasts a clean overall appearance, with perfect registration and centering toward the left. The panel grades Very Good overall, with the major condition flaws (surface scuffing and a crease) confined to the lower left area where the Tidwell card resides. A back wrinkle affects only the Younger card. The panel has a factory cut along all four edges. A very attractive example that would make a worthy addition to any uncut panel collection or serve as an ideal companion piece to any 1950 Bowman collection. Reserve $200. Estimate (open).
