Outstanding PC760 Rose Postcard example of Buster Brown of the Philadelphia Phillies. One of only three examples graded by SGC! An uncorrected error, the photo on this card actually depicts Hall of Fame pitcher Mordecai Brown! Among advanced collectors, Rose Postcards are regarded as one of the most striking and magnificently designed baseball-card sets ever produced. They are also extremely rare. Graded POOR 10 by SGC, this example displays a crisp image and bold colors, mild creasing, and moderate corner wear. Downgraded due to postal use: including a one cent stamp, a pen written message, and a 1909 postmark. This is an attractive lower graded example from one of the era's most classic sets. Reserve $200.
