Signed first edition of On My Own by Eleanor Roosevelt (Harper & Brothers, New York, 1958). Roosevelt has signed the book in blue ink (grading "9") on the second flyleaf. This was Roosevelt's final book, which was published just four years prior to her death in 1962. The book displays light wear to the blue cloth-covered boards and is in Excellent condition. Together with the original dust jacket (Gd, with numerous tears and interior tape repairs). Housed in a custom-made leather-bound solander case for optimum preservation. LOA from James Spence/JSA.
