Graded FAIR 20 by SGC. Extremely attractive N172 Old Judge of Black Jack Burdock (pose #53-5) of the Boston Beaneaters. Do not be fooled by this card's modest assigned grade! Presenting as Near Mint from the front, this is a very sharp-looking card in all respects, with four strong corners, no creases, and exceptional photo contrast. Downgraded due to album residue on the blank reverse. This card would be an outstanding addition to any high-quality N172, nineteenth-century, or type-card collection.  Reserve $200. Estimate (open).
