Collection of sixty-two different cards from the M101-5 Sporting News set, each professionally graded and encapsulated by SGC. The offered collection represents thirty percent of a complete 1916 M101-5 Sporting News set. The M101-5s, along with the closely related M101-4 set, are two of the most highly regarded and comprehensive baseball-card sets of the era. This is an extremely attractive group of cards with flawless real-photo images. Even the more modestly-graded examples present at a level better than suggested by their assigned grades.
