Collection of thirty-six various 1998 Donruss "Signature Series" autographed cards, including the key card from the set: a Derek Jeter autographed "Preview" card. Donruss issued these autographed cards randomly in its packages of baseball cards (one autographed card per pack). A number of different editions were produced, including "Preview" (thirty-four different players, with different amounts signed by each player), "Century Mark (122 different players, with 100 cards signed by each player), and "Millenium Marks" (124 different players, with 1,000 cards signed by most players). This collection is comprised of thirteen different "Preview" cards, twenty-two "Century Marks" cards, and one "Millenium Marks" card. All of the cards are in Near Mint to Mint condition overall and are signed on the front by the respective player in either blue or black Sharpie (grading "10").

The highlight of this collection is a "Preview" edition signed by Derek Jeter. According to the Standard Catalog , Jeter's autographed "Preview" card, like those of a few other players in the set, was never officially released because Jeter returned the cards too late for distribution; however, a limited number eventually made their way into the hobby, including the offered example. Also included are scarce "Preview" cards, of Cal Ripken Jr. and Alex Rodriguez, which were limited to only twenty-two and twenty-three cards, respectively. The remainder of the Preview cards consists of the following: Greg Maddux, David Ortiz, Todd Helton, A. J. Hinch, Fernando Tatis, Magglio Ordonez, Mike Lowell, Tony Clark, Juan Gonzalez, and Kerry Wood. The twenty-two "Century Marks" cards are those of Alex Rodriguez, David Ortiz, Robin Ventura, Jose Guillen (2 examples), Miguel Tejada, Antone Williamson, David Justice, Geronimo Berroa, Russ Davis, Bobby Bonilla, Pokey Reese, Dimitri Young, Kirk Rueter, Shannon Stewart, Brett Butler, Jason Dickson, Shawn Green, Jason Kendall, Scott Spiezio, Ray Lankford, and Jeff Fassero. The one "Millennium Marks" card is that of Cal Ripken Jr., which was limited to just 375 instead of the standard 1,000. Total: 36 cards. LOA from James Spence/JSA.
