Small notebook page signed in blue fountain pen (grading "8/9") by iconic film actor Humphrey Bogart. The printed blue-ink notation "(Humphrey Bogart) 3/6/49" appears along the base, with the date almost certainly denoting when the autograph was obtained. A small newspaper or magazine portrait of Bogart has also been affixed to the sheet in the lower right corner. The sheet (5.25 x 3.25 inches) displays tears to the notebook holes along the right border (resulting from the sheet's being removed from the book), otherwise in Near Mint condition.
