Original 1948 World Champions Philadelphia Eagles official team photo, signed in blue ink along the white border areas by the following fifteen team members: Steve Van Buren, Alex Wojciechowicz, Neill Armstrong, Jim Parmer, Duke Maronic, Mario Giannelli, Russ Craft, Bill Mackrides, Pat McHugh, Cliff Patton, Bucko Kilroy, Joe Muha, George Savitsky, Jack Ferrante, and John Magee. This piece was obviously signed the following season, as it includes the signatures of six others, including three members of the 1949 World Champion Philadelphia Eagles: Clyde Scott, Frank Ziegler, and Frank Reagan. Signatures range from "6" to "10," averaging "9." The photograph (11.5 x 8.5 inches) has a slight trim to the borders, a single tack hole in the top border, a one-inch vertical tear in the bottom border, and moderate creases throughout, none of which affects the integrity of the piece or significantly detracts from its extremely impressive display value.
