Photo print (8 x 10 inches) featuring Cobb at bat is signed by Cobb in his trademark green ink ("9"). This is an unusual pose and an unusual photo, possibly part of an issued series, printed on sturdy slick stock. The photo has imperfections (creases, small border tear, three tack holes in the borders), but the signature is very strong, free of flaws, and is signed in an area allowing for ideal contrast. Despite condition problems, displays well, and represents a rare opportunity to acquire a relatively affordable Ty Cobb signed photograph very much worthy of display and with an extremely strong signature.
