Outstanding high-grade near complete set of 1934 Goudey Gum includes 89 different of the 96 cards in the set, missing only the following seven cards for completion: #'s 56, 59, 60, 61 Gehrig, 62 Greenberg, 64, and 69. The 1934 Goudey, also commonly referred to as the "Lou Gehrig says..." set, is one of the most popular of all 1930s bubble-gum card issues. Included are stars such as Lou Gehrig, Dizzy Dean, and Jimmy Foxx, among others, as well as the very scarce 24-card high number (#73-96) series that has always made completing this classic set especially challenging for collectors. This near complete set has been professionally graded in its entirety by Global Authentication. The condition report speaks for itself, but to summarize: a total of 34 cards range in grade from Near Mint to Nr/Mt-Mt, 50 cards range from Ex to Ex-Mt+, and only 5 cards are in slightly lesser grades.
