Graded EX 5 by PSA. Strong example of the key card from the 1936 4-on-1 Exhibits set featuring photos of New York Yankees Hall of Famers Lou Gehrig, Tony Lazzeri, Lefty Gomez, and Red Ruffing. All Exhibits cards of Lou Gehrig are highly prized, but the inclusion of fellow Yankees Hall of Famers gives this Gehrig card additional appeal. This is one of the few 4-on-1 Exhibits to feature four Hall of Famers. This example has outstanding clarity and light corner wear. The blank reverse is clean. These 4-on-1 Exhibits are far rarer than many other cards from the era and represent an exceptional value. This card would be a worthy addition to a 1936 4-on-1 Exhibits, New York Yankees, or Gehrig collection.
