Presented is a collection of twenty-seven 1930 Zeenut PCL baseball cards (all with coupons), including nineteen signed examples. These cards originate from a large collection of over 600 Zeenuts consigned to this auction, a number of which bear scripted names on the reverse, including eleven in this lot. Our consignor did select a handful of cards to be sent to PSA/DNA prior to consigning, and some of those did not pass authentication, either because they were deemed to be non-player written identifiers or exemplars were not available for the given player. These nineteen cards are presented without authentication, but in our opinion, several appear to be authentic player signatures. Condition ranges from Gd to Vg, with a few slightly lesser (Pr). This collection consists of the following: Andrews, Anton, Arlett (unsigned), Brubaker, Chamberlain (unsigned), Craghead, Daglia, De Viveiros, Dean, Dumovich, Edwards, Governor, Griffin, Hurst, Jacobs (unsigned), Jeffcoat (unsigned), Joiner, Kasich, Mellana (rejected by PSA/DNA), Pearson, Porter (unsigned), Read, Ricci (unsigned), Schino (unsigned), Stevenson (unsigned), Vergez, and Zamlach.
