Graded VG/EX 4 by SGC. This is a solid mid-grade example of Hall of Famer Jack Johnson from the T9 Turkey Red boxing cabinet-card series. T9 Turkey Red cabinets are universally recognized as among the most beautiful boxing-card issues ever produced. Bold colors, moderate wear to the corners (more so on upper right), and centering to the right. The checklist-style reverse is centered to the far left. There are a few light pencil marks visible on back. The image area on this card, featuring Johnson's magnificent boxing pose artwork, is particularly bright, clean, and crisp. This is a very attractive example of one of boxing's most important cards and the key card in what many consider to be the finest boxing set ever produced. Reserve $300.
